Marbling Niyazon is a beautiful grey purebred Arabian stallion
foaled in 2001 and purchased by Catrin Arabians in early 2004 as
the foundation sire for the stud.  Bred by Nola Cameron of
Marbling Arabians in Western Australia, he represents a successful
line breeding program combining the bloodlines of the superstar
stallion Naasser and the Silver Crabbet lines of Silver Moonlight.

Niyazon epitomizes our Arabian Ideal - a beautiful horse built to
ride!  A stunning double Naasser (Mustafa (imp Ger) x Naadirah
(imp UK)) grandson, he also carries several lines to one of
Crabbet stud's most beautiful and influential mares, Silver Fire.
These lines combine in Niyazon to produce a very athletic and
typey stallion with substance and good bone.  A tall and elegant
stallion with an expressive eye and kind temperament.

Niyazon's sire, Marbling Star of the East, is a tall, imposing
chestnut son of Naasser and a Silver Moonlight granddaughter.  He
is a beautiful multi-Supreme Champion stallion in hand and the sire
of many multi - champion horses in hand and under saddle. 
Niyazon's dam, Marbling Neri, is a lovely grey daughter of Naasser
who was awarded Champion Purebred Filly at the 1989 Perth Royal
Agricultural Show, her only outing.

Since his arrival at Catrin Arabians as a 2 year old, Niyazon also
has proven himself no slouch in the show ring.  At only his first
show he was awarded 2nd in the 3 year old colt class and Reserve
Champion Purebred 3 year old to Om El Eminence (imp USA) at
the West Coast Junior Showcase.  He followed these wins up by repeating the performance at the 'A' Class All Arabian Show - 2nd
and Reserve Champion Purebred Arabian colt.  At this show he
was also awarded Best West Australian Bred Exhibit.  His day finally
arrived at the 2005 West Australian State Championships where he
was awarded State Champion Purebred Stallion 4 - 7 years, and
Best Purebred Exhibit 4 - 7 years of the show by US judge Cindy
Reich.  Cindy's comments; "...a complete package horse.  You can
tell that this is an Arabian stallion, a very typey horse without
losing his masculinity..."

Niyazon truly is a dream come true for us.  Not only a wonderful
show horse, but a fantastic horse to handle at home also, and a
gentleman during breeding season.  We are sure he will prove just
as successful as a sire as he has been as a show horse.  Check out

will return to the showring in late 2008 and we have high hopes for a
successful show career under saddle for him in the future.  Niyazon
truly is the stallion to breed your next champion who can win under
saddle AND in the halter show ring, take you to the top in Endurance
